BluGas Delivery (the "App") is developed by Sovorun Technologies Pvt Ltd for authorized delivery agents to manage LPG / Smart Regulator installations and cylinder replacements.

What we collect and why

Account & profile: name, mobile number, email (if available), profile photo, agent/agency details — to log you in and show your profile.
OTP: for login/verification only; not stored permanently.
Location (GPS): collected only during an installation to verify it. Not collected in the background.
Camera & photos: used only to scan QR/serial numbers and to capture installation proof photos.
Workflow data: serial number, device/installation IDs, steps, answers, and status.
Device info: device identifier, Android version, app version, network status — for device mapping and stability.

How we use it

Only to authenticate you and run the installation and cylinder-replacement workflows. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Sharing

Shared only with our own backend services needed to run the App. No third-party sharing for marketing.

Storage & security

Login tokens are kept in your device's secure storage. Data is sent over HTTPS. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect it.

Permissions

Camera, Location (foreground only), and Internet/Network. The App does not use contacts, SMS, microphone, background location, call logs, advertising ID, analytics, or crash reporting.

We may update this policy; changes take effect once posted here.
