Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and objectives.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, and develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, product managers, and stakeholders, to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track and within scope.
Conduct regular project status meetings, provide updates to stakeholders, and prepare and present project reports and presentations as needed.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within project teams, and provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
Evaluate project outcomes, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for process improvements and best practices implementation to enhance project delivery effectiveness.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects of varying size and complexity.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships.
Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications are a plus.
Experience in the technology industry or software development projects is preferred but not required.
